Our Talented Team Members
All of our staff members have been through the Mighty Man process themselves. In fact, it is a requirement to work here! We do not hire from the outside, we promote from within the organization. We have all “been there and done that”, which is the main reason why our mission is so successful. We understand the individuals that walk through our door. We are here to help.
We are much more than a rehabilitation ministry, we are a family.
Mr. Gary & Mrs. Kathy Cobb
Founders
Mr. Gary started Mighty Man Ministry in 2009. He has over 40 years of ministry experience, and is still very involved in many of our activities. Mrs. Kathy, now retired, is still loving support to him and all of the M3 team members.
Mr. Elvis & Mrs. Ashley Young
Directors
Mr. Elvis Young went through the Mighty Man process 9 years ago and worked his way up to being the director. His wife, Ashley, helps him run the ministry and they are both very involved in daily life here.
Mr. Anton Childers
Spiritual Director
Mr. Anton went through the Mighty Man process in 2017. He left after graduation, but then returned in 2021 to assist with spiritual direction, and MRT classes. Anton is a wizard of wisdom and insight into the lives of our participants.
Mr. Scott Williams
Assistant Director
Mr. Scott Williams is our assistant director. He has been overseeing our kitchen for quite a few years. He is a culinary genius (for real!) and is one of the masterminds behind our M3 Hot Sauces. Mr. Scott enjoys snowboarding, skateboarding, and Red Hot Chili Peppers.
Mr. Taylor Floyd
OJT/Mechanic
Mr. Taylor is a mechanical ninja by day, fisherman by night. He keeps all the things working properly around here. He also does a lot of carpentry and keeps many of our industries running smoothly and efficiently.
Mr. Allen Nichols
SLT/M3 Design & Printing
Mr. Allen helped start the new print shop with Mr. Gary Cobb. He has worked in printing for over 30 years, and has been through the Mighty Man process as well. He enjoys being involved with everyone in the process and being a part of the M3 leadership team.
Mr. Dillan Minnick
SLT/M3 Pressure Washing
Mr. Dillan Minnick is truly a walking miracle. He went through the Mighty Man process, and now runs the M3 Pressure Washing industry as well as many other roles around the farm.
Mr. James “Bo” Manley
SLT/Groundskeeper
Bo loves working outside. He loves cutting grass, and weed eating. Sometimes he helps Allen in the print shop, and does amazing work. He is one of the most patient people we have ever met.
